SoccerStar: Strap-On Your Gear, New Version Coming Soon

Originally set for last week, the free-to-play soccer sim SoccerStar will be getting updated to version 2.13 in the coming weeks and some of the changes are sure to change things up on the field! Publishers Playa Games plan to make changes to the attribute system, scrimmages and more.

Playa Games is gearing up to do a league reset as part of the coming update to hit SoccerStar in the near future. The leagues are going to be reset in order to fix an issue that was caused a few seasons ago. The leagues will now be arranged according to overall team strength.

Scrimmage Matches are also going to be introduced in the coming SoccerStar update. This means you, the trainers, will get to participate against computer controlled opponents. This will allow players to try out new and different strategies against opponents without having their league score affected in a negative way, should something not work out.

Additionally, the attribute system in SoccerStar is going to be getting overhauled. No longer will the system be based on percentages, rather it will give players the chance to not lose out on diminishing returns. So get out there and start training hard to become the best in the league with this new system!
